Valet Pickup & Delivery
01. How does the valet pickup work?+
Schedule online or by phone. Our driver collects your bagged garments from your door at your chosen window and returns them clean, pressed, and on hangers — typically within 48 hours.
02. Is there a minimum order for pickup?+
No minimum for active clients. For first pickups in newer service areas a modest minimum may apply — call us to confirm.
03. How do I pay?+
Major cards on file, or our secure monthly invoice. You never need to be home for pickup or delivery.
04. Do you serve my neighborhood?+
We currently cover La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale, Montrose, Sunland, and San Marino. Outside that radius? Call us — we extend on request.

Cleaning & Care
01. What makes your cleaning eco-friendly and non-toxic?+
We use a biodegradable, perc-free system that breaks down into sand, water, and CO₂ — never the harsh chemical solvents of conventional dry cleaning. The result is gentler on fabrics, safe for sensitive skin, with no chemical odor or residue, and trusted for couture, wool, silk, and cashmere.
02. How fast is turnaround?+
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Same-day service is available Monday–Friday for orders placed before 9:00a.
03. Can you remove difficult stains?+
In most cases, yes. We pre-treat by hand and apply the appropriate process for the fabric and the stain origin. Some set-in stains cannot be guaranteed — we will always tell you before processing.

Alterations & Tailoring
01. Do I need an appointment for alterations?+
Walk-in fittings are welcome any time during business hours. For complex bridal or formalwear work, an appointment ensures the master tailor is available.
02. What can your tailors handle?+
Hemming, resizing, sleeve adjustments, jacket and trouser tailoring, zipper replacement, French reweaving, leather and suede tailoring, and custom alterations.

Wedding Gowns & Heirlooms
01. Do you offer wedding gown preservation?+
Yes. We hand-clean, inspect, and acid-free box your gown with documentation and an heirloom preservation guarantee.
02. Can you restore vintage garments?+
Often, yes. Bring it in — we will assess fiber condition, color stability, and any structural concerns before recommending a path.
